Bruno Novi

Bruno is an acoustic and electric guitarist, performer, and composer. He attended Guitar Institute of Technology, now known as Musicians Institute of Los Angeles. Thereafter, Bruno was on the road for several years playing rock, jazz and pop, covering dozens of venues throughout much of the U.S.A. and doing shows in the casinos in Atlantic City and Las Vegas.

Later, tapping into his Spanish roots--music from Spain--Bruno began listening to and learning the music of Ottmar Liebert, one of the first originators of Nouveau Flamenco. This artist's music was responsible for launching Bruno into Spanish acoustic guitar. He has also drawn inspirations from other acoustic guitarists such as Strunz and Farrah, Gypsy Kings, Marc Antoine, Jose Feliciano, Paco de Lucia, Paco Pena, Peter White, Cantoma, Armik, In Credo and other Cafe Ibiza artists.

Kim Novi began as a guitar student of Bruno's and after lessons of Bossa Nova, and Nuevo Flamenco on Spanish acoustic guitar, she started performing with him forming a duo and now as "Novi Bruno". Kim is responsible for arranging and co-writing many of Novi Bruno's compositions.

Novi Bruno performs many originals of their own and some covers, providing a great background setting of beautiful guitar music of romantic mood for wine tasting events, private parties, weddings, special events and restaurant/bars.

Novi Bruno is available in several formats; solo, duo, trio and quartet.
